Pretty good

I would give this a 3.5. There was just something that was a little off for me. But I cant put my finger on what it was. That being said I really liked the writing style. It starts off and Melody is a dominatrix. But within a couple of chapters she doesn't behave like one anymore. I got the impression that she didn't really enjoy it much as she wanted to. Chip was outraged at first but then he seemed to get into it and I think that had to do with wanting to ease Melody's pain that she has been hiding. Overall this was a sexy entertaining read.

Great story

This book starts about a dominatrix and her everyday job working in a law firm. Suddenly you are thrust into a story that explains why she chose that lifestyle. I really enjoyed reading it because it delves into reasons why people should not put other people into categories without ever trying to understand that life can affect them to make the choices that they make. It contains romance and suspense as an added plus. I can not wait to read more of Violet's books!!

Normally not into books that features dominatrix but this was not what I expected. I loved the character Chip and how understanding, patient, and loving he was. Great job. Could not put it down.
